Who will be shooting my wedding

That would be me. Head to the about section to get to know me a little better. I'm primarily a solo shooter but I always ensure that I work in seamlessly with any other suppliers you select for your day.

Do we meet beforehand

Due to the pandemic all meetings are now via Zoom. It’s not quite as personal as a coffee date but it’s the next best thing. More importantly it keeps everyone safe and allows for flexibility with convenient meeting times. It gives us a chance to get to know each other and run through your itinerary. It's important we all feel comfortable around each other as I'll be by your side the whole day.

Do you travel for weddings

Travel is included for weddings held anywhere from Brisbane to Byron. I am based on the Gold Coast Queensland but love the opportunity to explore new locations. If you are having a destination wedding, I’d love to come along for the adventure and document the entire thing.

What is your editing style

I do my best to produce consistent work that represents my style regardless of the conditions. I prefer to edit with warmer rich tones, as opposed to light and airy. I aim to create images that takes you back to the moment or feel something in a unique way so I edit accordingly to recreate the mood. Your images need to stand the test time rather than follow current editing trends so I alway use measured restraint through the process.

What gear do you use

At the moment I'm a Sony shooter using full frame bodies and G-Master quality glass. In the office, images are safely stored on multiple RAID drives in different locations including Backblaze cloud storage. Editing is undertaken on Mac's using hardware calibrated, Eizo monitors.

We feel awkward in front of the camera

Most couples tell me they’re awkward having their photo taken. My job is to make you feel comfortable, break that awkward barrier and draw out your genuine selves. I tend to pose less during sessions and prefer to give you gentle direction to ease any anxiety. You don’t need to be models, you just need to be honest, open, and allow yourselves to be in the moment.

Extra hours of coverage

If you need extra hours outside the scope of the packages these can be added for $280 p/h with around 50-80 images each hour .

How do we book

Booking is a simple online process. You fill in the online booking form and pay the small deposit which secures your date and is taken off your final invoice. Payments are made via direct transfer only.
