How it all works
Most people don’t get married on a regular basis, so the process of hiring vendors and how it all works might be a little confusing. Here's a run down
You can contact me by filling out the enquiry form on the website or by phone or direct email if you prefer. Initially I just need is some basic information about your event. I'll check the date and let you know if I'm available.
Booking is a simple online process and a fixed $300 deposit secures your date and is deducted from your total. Awesome, you're now on your way! Final payment is due just prior to the day via direct transfer.
Before the big day I’ll make contact and arrange a meeting. These are now conducted via Zoom due to the pandemic. It’s always nice to say a virtual hello and get to know each other before your big day. During this meeting we also go over all the final details and times so it’s important to have a written timeline you can email through prior.
Finally your day has arrived.. let's do this! Try to relax and enjoy your day knowing you’re in good hands. I'm there for you, your partner and all your guests. I'll be your eyes capturing all the excitement and emotions of the day.
Within 4-6 weeks, a full set of photos will be posted to your private online gallery. These images are password protected and you can choose to share the gallery with friends and family. I’ll also send you a boxed USB keepsake.

A bit about me

Behind the camera you'll find a passionate designer/photographer who loves his job. Coming from a background in graphic design, photography and image editing are skills that I’ve been refining for many years. The final merge over to full-time photography has allowed me to draw upon a life time of knowledge gained in the design/print industry and in turn, restored creative soul to my work environment. It’s taken a career to finally realise my calling but it's so much more rewarding creating for couples over corporates.
Originally from Sydney I put roots down on the Gold Coast over 25yrs ago... I guess I can finally call myself a Queenslander, except during Origin of course. Living on the Gold Coast provides my family and I with the perfect lifestyle and setting. The ocean, beautiful hinterland and warmer weather make it such a special slice of the world and I love the pristine backdrop it provides for my work.
When it comes to wedding photography, my approach is relaxed and mostly unscripted. I don’t do overly posed style shots. Instead I’ll ask questions and give gentle direction to get you interacting. I try to bring out natural reactions, movements, or intimacy. I want to create images that reflect your personal dynamic, your quirks and the in-between moments that you’ll want to remember.
It's a privilege to meet so many amazing couples and be apart of one of the happiest days of their lives. Weddings are one of those big milestone events and I always feel so honoured to be part of it. Visually freezing moments and creating artistic images that reflect the emotion of the day is what I thrive on.
